Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 799pk website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the 799pk platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 799pk (the "Company"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 799pk platform.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 799pk, including but not limited to: the online casino, live dealer games, sports betting, slot machines, fishing arcade games, and all promotional programmes. Use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any amendments made to these Terms as they are published.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the 799pk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 799pk enforces a strict 21+ policy across all services without exception.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in the interests of, any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 799pk platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler by any recognised authority or self-assessment tool.

799pk reserves the absolute right to request identity and age verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or an internationally recognised passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 799pk will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 799pk platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different device or payment method combinations — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current at all times.

• Your 799pk account password must be kept confidential. You must not share login credentials with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 799pk support immediately at [email protected].
• 799pk reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.
• Accounts registered using false information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 799pk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 799pk accepts deposits via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast / 1LINK. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your 799pk account and are subject to change.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. 799pk operates under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities where required.

• Deposits are credited to your 799pk wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. This is typically instantaneous for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• 799pk does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the account holder.
• In the event that a deposit is declined or reversed by your payment provider, 799pk reserves the right to void any activity conducted using those funds.
• Minimum deposit amounts are published in the cashier and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified 799pk players are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe published in the cashier help section. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in your 799pk wallet. Bonus balances that have not satisfied wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set per transaction and per rolling period. These limits are displayed in the cashier.
• 799pk reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.

If 799pk has reasonable grounds to suspect that a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to place a hold on the withdrawal pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Bonuses & Promotions

799pk offers various promotional programmes to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Each promotional offer specifies its own wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, and validity period. These must be read and understood before claiming any bonus.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement in full.
• Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, gameplay will typically deplete the real-money balance first. The exact depletion order is specified in each promotion's terms.
• 799pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively working towards its wagering requirement, a reasonable period will be given to complete it.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploitation of wagering loopholes, or collusive bonus play — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 799pk platform are provided by internationally certified software providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are subject to independent third-party auditing. 799pk does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are published in each game's information panel.

By participating in any game on 799pk, you accept the rules of that game as published by the respective software provider. Game results displayed after any technical fault, disconnection, or display error will be determined by the server-side record, which is the definitive record of game activity on the platform.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the display on your device and the server record, the server record shall prevail.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before completion, the round may be voided and the stake returned, or completed based on the server state — depending on the nature of the fault.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

Sports Betting Rules

The 799pk sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), kabaddi, football, tennis, UFC, and other sports. Bets placed on the 799pk sportsbook are subject to the general Terms herein and to the specific sportsbook rules published in the betting section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 799pk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted under specific market rules.
• 799pk reserves the right to suspend betting markets, limit stake sizes, or refuse bets on any event at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors (e.g., odds that are clearly incorrect due to a data feed error), 799pk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Match abandonment, postponement, or relocation rules are specified per sport within the sportsbook rules. In general, if a cricket match is abandoned after a result is officially declared, settled bets will stand.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and data feed accuracy. 799pk accepts no liability for bets placed based on delayed or incorrect live data feeds.
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting, and any systematic exploitation of the sportsbook odds are prohibited. 799pk may limit stakes or close accounts found to be engaged in such activity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 799pk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 799pk platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or attempting to use 799pk to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or on the sportsbook to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software tools, scripts, bots, or any automated means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 799pk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion arrangements.

Account Suspension & Termination

799pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, regulatory requirements, or a player's own request.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 799pk will notify the player by email and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.
• Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to 799pk, subject to verification.
• Players wishing to close their own 799pk account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately and are detailed in Section 11.

Responsible Gaming

799pk is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The Company offers a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered players through the account settings panel.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits can be lowered immediately but increased only after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 799pk platform, including but not limited to the 799pk brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 799pk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 799pk platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any 799pk content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game content remains the intellectual property of the respective software providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 799pk's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 799pk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 799pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits or winnings, however caused.
• 799pk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures.
• Players use the 799pk platform entirely at their own risk. Gambling involves financial risk, and players should never wager more than they can afford to lose.

Privacy & Data

799pk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 799pk platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

799pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 799pk will notify registered players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 799pk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 799pk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 799pk support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

• Players are encouraged to contact 799pk support in the first instance to attempt to resolve any dispute informally and promptly.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, 799pk will engage in good-faith efforts to reach a resolution, including referral to an independent dispute resolution process where available under the applicable licence.
• Any formal legal proceedings must be commenced within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this period will be time-barred.
